We booked a last minute birthday reservation on a Sunday and the staff (Francine) and management at Airtopia were incredibly accommodating and fit us in. The kids all had a great time and everything went well!

I just wanted to share a very nice experience with the employees at Airtopia. My daughter accidentally got a small piece of sponge in her eye while playing in the kids' gym. I was looking for someone who could help and an employee was immediately available. He took me to the front desk where a first aid kit was available and another employee there picked the sponge up from her eye. I really appreciate Quinten and Eric's availability and help to clear the situation!

I have become more and more disappointed with the attitude of the management with each visit. Airtopia no longer allows you to bring in drinks or snacks for younger kids, which is their choice, but they should have a safe option available for drinks and snacks while they are open. About 20 minutes after Airtopia opened, I asked the people up front if they were going to open the drink and snack sales because my grandson was thirsty and you can’t bring drinks in anymore. She said she would check with the manager. My daughter went and checked again 10 minutes later and was told someone would be opening it. I went over to the area and asked the person in the area if they were opening and was told No, not until 11am. I explained what my daughter was just told and he said I could wait 20 minutes or get a drink out of the water fountain. I asked if he had heard of COVID and how unsafe it was to drink from a fountain now. The managers don’t care about the needs of their paying customers. We will be canceling our membership and joining another more friendly trampoline park.

Yes, Airtopia is an adventure sports center in San Antonio. Trampoline jumping is for all ages, including adults. We also have trampoline basketball dunking and trampoline dodgeball.

I saw some very young kids (1-2 years old) playing in the smaller kids area. There are some fun things for them to to there. Your 3 year old will be fine.
