If you start at lake Poway, it's about 7.5 miles. Took us about 4 hours, taking our time.
It was 8 miles round trip. Took us 5 hours
Around two hours. The way is up.
Well for us we rode our mountain bikes up and down the backside ... Which by the way was a hoot... About 3 hrs + or - a bit ... If you walk it's about a hr and ahalf
