Answers for Eva Espinel: Good afternoon Ms. Espinel, if your daughter is abroad it is essential to contact the National Visa Center to be able to do the following steps of the process. The case is not going to move only if you do not know the process and actively do the steps so that it can be concluded in an interview. If you would like us to support you or have a consultation, we are at your service at 619-289-8090. It is very important that you contact the NVC as soon as possible, because if you leave more than one year without contacting NVC they will finish the case and the petition will no longer exist.

You can sue him, but he would have to come to the US, it is also possible that if he took his daughter to DR without permission from the court he may have problems
