Getting started with the case was easy but after payment is made you can hardly be on the phone with the lawyer for 2 minutes. What I disliked mostly is the fact that even when I expressed this is my first time working with a lawyer on a case, she didn’t try to give an overview or even help me understand the process. If I didn’t ask she didn’t tell and even when I call for information her condescending tone makes me feel like I shouldn’t be asking but I know I pay for the service so I call and ask anyway. She got the job done but the process was stressful and if I didn’t ask I wasn’t kept in the loop at all, I was left out in the cold. I was thinking she would be in court in person, only to call her 30mins before my court time to hear that she will be there through video call. That doesn’t make me feel confident about my case at all. I’m just glad that part is over. She needs better client handling / customer service skills and I’m not talking about Erica, I’m talking about the other one, Lil Rodriguez.
