The wife of the lawyer is who we met with. She was very rude and arrogant, do not recommend to anyone.

Ignore those 1 star reviews. It's too often that complainers get their voices heard rather than those who had a good experience regardless of the outcome. From the very beginning to the end, Rudolph, Baker and associates had my back and answered whatever questions I had promptly with respect, and diligence. I made the mistake of hiring a "notario" or one that just fills out paperwork, getting burned by them, and then because I was already in the process of immigrating my wife and 2 step daughters, tried to finish the process myself. Don't make the same mistake! You need Rudolph to have your back when combating the government. They really know their stuff and were getting answers almost immediately when it would take me months. Before I hired them, I was 3 years into what was supposed to be a 14 month process via IR visa to get my family to the USA. Rudolph fixed all the paperwork and got my wife the appointment in Juarez in about 3 months! And that's with the covid back log. Even after we flew to Juarez they were on standby to answer any questions we had before and after the interview took place. Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph, Adan, and Delia were awesome, met me in whatever office that was conveniwnt for me (whether that was the San Diego location or Tijuana) and they were sucessful. My wife's information packet for the consulate was complete, and with the interview coaching services offered by Adan and Delia's attention to detail in preparing everything, she got approved (not to mention she did have a previously cancelled visitor visa which almost always results in needing to do the waiver/perdon process). Even if we would of had to do the waiver process, Rudolph, Baker and Associates' professionalism and indepth knowledge of immigration law would have still landed them a 5 star review. Thanks guys and I highly recommend them to anyone needing immigration assistance.

We had to deal with a Jacqueline Tiznado, totally unprofessional, did not care about the case, she seemed to only care about getting her money. We had to do most of the work for her, she didn’t even know when her clients court hearing was, tried little to no effort about building a case, was difficult to get a hold off, rude, discourteous; don’t waste your money here.

Bad experience and terrible service totally unprofessional. I visit there office in Tijuana to help me on a TN visa and my boss and me was assured by the lawyer that I will have it after they worked on it. The result it was denied by the consulate. Me and my boss called several times the lawyers direct number, cell number and office number plus Emails to and did not answer until 2 days later. I went to their office with the information they requested and the consulate provided and was told that they will appeal or do something else but nothing ever happened for a month and 1/2 and we (Me and my boss )called again several times but could never reach the lawyer even by Email. Totally disappointing I expected much more professionalism and commitment from you to us. Would never recommend!!!
