DO NOT use Culligan. Absolutely horrible customer service from multiple agents which tells me they need better training. They interrupt many times during a customer service call while the customer is explaining their question. After I asked the agent to stop interrupting me she explained they interrupt in order to provide "better" service when the customer is saying something that's incorrect. However, as a now former customer, the consumer is simply trying to explain details of what's seen on the bill and we don't know what is "incorrect" until we can convey our understanding. What happens often is they cut off the customer mid sentence, and their reply doesn't answer the question because THEY DO NOT COMPLETELY LISTEN. Wish I could give negative 5 stars. The predominance of 1 star reviews for Culligan San Diego reinforces the consistently BAD service I've observed. Many others have previously posted reviews about their BAD service, and I see the owner replied. However, the bad reviews keep coming in which shows nothing has improved. Owner: please get your agents some basic customer service training and ask for feedback from customers after they have called. The feedback will help you improve.

Amazing product with amazing service. We installed one of their latest models mid Dec. 2021. Superb quality water. End of April we had a tiny leak under the sink nothing related to the Culligan equipment. A few days later the Culligan tank was empty….? I messaged Bryan who had installed the filtration system on Saturday. Shortly thereafter we spoke. I sent him two pictures and he successfully analyzed that the Culligan leak detector had cut the water supply to the system. Simple technology and superb great service. His guidance solved the problem and the system worked few minutes later perfectly. He recommended we call the service center for a free inspection and to add new sponges for the wet alarm device. The system is pricey but worth every penny. The service is impeccable and second to none. Bryan is a gentleman and a scholar and a true ambassador of Culligan!

First off Mountain Valley Water has to be the best water in America. Culligan has made it so easy to keep getting this amazing product. They installed a hot/cold water dispenser and all I do is leave my empty bottles out and they leave replacement bottles. So simply, no contact and no waiting for delivery. Ordered the 2.5 gallon size bottle as they are easy to handle. . No plastic only glass. This is best way to go. You’ll love the water and seem less service

Culligan San Diego has not delivered to us in over 3 months now! Really not sure what happened with Culligan and why they aren't delivering, especially when we moved 2 streets down to a new location. Hoping the manager sees this and not let it happen to other customers. - We moved to a new location that's 2 streets away from my old address. - We spoke to a Culligan customer rep to change our new address. The rep said they will get that handled. - A few weeks later we get a call from our old apartment complex saying Culligan delivered to our old apartment. - We called Culligan and spoke to a new rep, they said the old rep put in the notes to update our address, but did not update the actual account itself. THEN that rep told us we would get a water delivery the following week. - Again we did not get a delivery so called asking when we would get the next delivery and then the customer rep said "I promise you will get your delivery". Then I explained to them they even delivered to our old address and why that happened... she said they did not deliver to the address.... even though the apartment complex called us that Culligan did. - When that new delivery date happened, nothing showed up again. - A few weeks later we got a message from Culligan San Diego saying they are behind on deliveries and we would get a delivery to us on 1/11/22. - It's 1/11/22, still no delivery at all. I cancelled the service today because this place has not delivered to us in over 3 months. Update 1/12: after canceling services, Culligan said they wouldn’t pick up the cooler and bottles until mid February. Instead I drove to their office on 1/12 and dropped off instead (see attached picture).
