This morning I watched out my bedroom window as the Greenery Recycling was picked up. Two men were emptying 12 of my greenery trash cans used to clean out my lower canyon property. One man treated the cans respectfully BUT the other man literally threw the cans --two of them made the boulevard! Is this how our property is treated by the city of San Diego?

I order my new trash can 4weeks ago still waiting . I paid for delivery and was told they would drop off and take the tag ones meaning they would not pick up trash in the can anymore. very very poor service

Missed picking up trash 3 times in 6 weeks. They then lied saying they had

After 4 years of dealing with the total incompetency of this office I sent them several emails advising that if they did not provide some assistance I would be writing to the mayor and the time has come. There is definitely something wrong with this office and they need to drain the swamp. The lack of accountability from the top down is obvious and the attitude a girl gave my mother on the phone when she called in was exemplary of that. Supervisor doesn't return calls. The trucks/drivers DO NOT care about their job at all and continually leave cans of full trash on my street. The trucks slam the cans down in the alley and leave them strewn about. Near perfect cans are now completely cracked from the trucks smashing them down on the odd weeks where they actually take the garbage! There is NO way that my pulling the cans out six inches for garbage day can produce giant cracks and holes in the pails. It is just common sense. My neighbors and I are fed up with this entire department and I want our cans picked up asap so I can get EDCO. Enough is enough.

6/6/2022 On Tuesday May 31, your trash truck cracked the lid of my 95-gallon black trash container, serial # T92 189460. According to Anna in your office, the bin is under warranty. On Monday June 6, your trash truck destroyed the previously damaged lid and left it near the bin. It is non-functional. I want to place an order for an entirely new 95-gallon container to be delivered to my house at 7209 Monte Vista Avenue, La Jolla, as soon as possible. Trash containers are at the house's garage around the south corner on Arenas Street.
I don't know if you would have to pay!. Because that's not my Department
No. You would report that to the Developmental Services Department.
You can take it to the Miramar Landfill or the Otay, or Santee Landfill
You can call the environmental service department 858-694-7000 make sure to have your containers serial number and a agent will help you place the order for a new container
That's a restaurant health issue. Workers at McDonald's aren't going to do a damn thing! You need to contact County of SD, Dept of Environmental Health, Food & Housing...This is not a City of SD issue man!
Sometimes our drivers are unable to finish their routes in the same day. However, they will usually finish pick-up the following day..
Google how to replace lid on garbage can. It's probably also helpful to search by the brand if your can. There are videos online. Be careful!
