My grandfather was a legit LAPD Lt. from the Rampart Division where he called that "leader" (in those days) a crooked SOB. He would never partake in those shenanigans. But these officers are abuse of power. Judge, jury and executioner mentalities. Especially Officer "V". Doesn't matter what you say or do or think - at no point should a civil servant be able to twist what happens and direct and order people to think what happened. The courts decides not you.

Horrible people! I love law enforcement! In fact, my father is a sheriff in San Diego and my sister is one in Colorado, but these people are an embarrassment to "protectingand serving" the community. Knock some chips off your shoulders!

Hi, The San Diego Harbor Police are great!!! About 3 weeks ago I ran out of gas in my small, classic Glasspar 18' cruiser and they came to the rescue ASAP. Polite, friendly and at no cost they towed me to a nearby dock where I could walk to a gas station and get gas. They made it so easy & without effort. My thanks to them. What a great service for we bay cruisers. Keep up the good work. !!!
