I've been on hold for 24 min so far on the non emergency line. Trying to report active drug activity on Sports Arena Blvd. The recording says to call during nonpeak hours and/or to get an app. But also says my call is important to them.

The police wont help you if you're in trouble. They only care about rich white people. They are as corrupt as the federalis. Favoritism and greed are all throughout SDPD. I've known current and former officers local to the area.

I have been having a heck of a time getting a detective that can help me with a case. I have been provided four diffierent numbers at this point. Each person says " oh thats not me you need to contact this person" and so on and so on. finally some one called me at 11:30 pm saying thats a civil matter. How do I deal with a chop shop that pulled my bike apart and sold me bike to some one else?

A police officer at the dispatch advised me to report the hit and run accident happening to me to a police officer at the Gaines Street Police station. We arrived at 4.55PM at the front entrance which was close- and was closed a year and a half ago during the day time as well. I followed a Park Police SUV in to the gated parking lot. The SUV officer drove straight to the gas station. My husband got out of the car and walked over to her and I followed him. Her advice was to come back the next day when the front office was station open. A group of 5 officers came straight from the building and ignored us completely. A gated Police parking lot, a red sports car and 2 strangers’ right there and not a moments time to ask "what the hell we were doing there". I respect the police and the work they have to do on a low salary but a little effort from there site would be helpful, too, isn’t that there job? After all your efforts to get help, finally calling 911 you will be connected to the same dispatch again and the same circle starts all over again.
