Yes, you enter and to your right is the desk, you must have your ID, passport and cruise ticket that says you bought the tickets.
I agree Mitchel. We wasted a half day at the presentation and had to return for the cruise tickets. It was a terrible experience. Next time I will book directly with the cruise line. Good luck!
It might depend on what exactly you booked but i was not given my cruise documents at the welcome center. When i checked in at the welcome center i was told thag i would have to attend a time share presentation at a different location and only then would i receive my cruise documents. I had a lot of activities planned while in florida ans did not have time fpr this but yhey told me it would only take 2 hours and i had to go so i moved things around to make it work. When i got to the time share presentation and told them o had to leave in 2 houts they laughed and said it would take way longer. After 3 hours of listening to their presentation and a 2 more of painful arguing i was finally able to convince someone to give me my cruise pass and let me leave. Terrible experience!!
