Made reservations 2 days prior. Check in was at 3pm. We didn't get to the desk to be seen until after 4 PM and waited 45 more minutes before getting a room. Due to house keeping. Is what all 40 people in the lobby were told

First I want to say that the staff was nice when I talked to them. My wife and I were gifted a honeymoon package that was supposed to be to the Bahamas and ended up getting changed to a hotel for the week which was okay with us. However there was a mandatory "Time Share Presentation" that was slipped in this package. We were unable to receive our vouchers for the hotel/food until we completed this. The gifting party was not aware of this either. Keep in mind I'm a college student and received two hours of heavy pressure to purchase a time share. I will not do business through this organization again and will recommend my friends do the same. The food vouchers we eventually received only discounted our meals. They only worked at one restaurant and this was not explained to us. You can only use one per meal per day. Complete waste of money. UPDATE: I have not received my gas reimbursement of $100 yet either. I would take your business elsewhere. This company is a complete scam. UPDATE: I have received my gas reimbursement (12/12).

We got here for vacation time share. We went to eat and food was horrible. We got in room and didn't get enough towels the the two of us. Went to presentation and ate breakfast out. We came back at 4pm. We didn't have enough towels again. I called at 4:30. We walked down street for dinner. We came back and still no towels.I went down to desk they called at 7:30 for towels. In the morning I guess I use pillowcase for wash cloth and to dry off.

I had to come here to pick up a time share discount package. I took an Lyft here only to find out I needed to take another Lyft doubling my cost to get to my actual hotel reservation. The staff was pleasant, I didn't have to wait at all, the place was decently clean. It still grates that they force you to come here for an additional pitch that's costs you time and travel expenses just to be told where I actually have to go

Hello, I give you some advice, I had a very bad experience, in principle the package included a cruise to Bahamas and canceled it from prepo, the car could not pick it up at the airport and I had to look for it in the port of Miami, the hotel NY was 2 stars and there were rats, and the one in Miami although many rooms had TE, ours not because the owner of that apartment. I had not installed it, the payment I had to make to insure the car far exceeded the rent I had paid on my own. And finally the obligatory going to the Florida Welcome Center, makes you lose a day because if you go from Miami, it's like 100kms. away and if you go in Uber or taxi, as I did, I got close to 300U $ S, and the only purpose is to try to sell you a time share trucho that you will hardly be able to use it, because these companies are swallows, to deceive Latin Americans and what gave me the most anger, was that the seller was a Latino. Tip: DO NOT GO.
They're all about 30 mins to an hour away.
You have to check directly with them, but we chose a different resort, and the vouchers applied. Make arrangements ahead of time. The other resort was much nicer. The vochers need to be arranged through your booking agent, not the welcome center.
It's ok. There is variety. I wouldn't pay for all three meals. Check out the buffet first before you pay
Yes, you enter and to your right is the desk, you must have your ID, passport and cruise ticket that says you bought the tickets.
I think they just have a local Fl number
