Ordered 20 c/y container. Decided the morning of scheduled delivery I needed a 30 c/y. I called, and they thought it was too late to change, but they were able to do it after all. Very pleased!

I am so disappointed in you, Waste Management, for taking advantage of my elderly mother and stealing her money!! She canceled her services and we received a letter from you saying that you owed us $155 for services we never received and you were trying to return her money. We followed the instructions (fill out the form and mail in OR email) and I personally did both of those for my mom. She has called multiple times over the last 4 months and you sent her on a "wild goose chase" telling her to click on links, call other numbers and nothing has resolved this issue; you are just creating more frustration! My mom has asked to speak to managers multiple times, but they tell her they can't let her speak to one. Time for you guys to be called out for taking advantage of the elderly and for being crooks!

Yes, they will...but you must have a sticker on each piece. You can buy a sticker at Meijer

Yes you can dump min. 150 dollars to cross the scale.

Can I put clippings from hedges in garbage green container and label it for pick up by recycle bin? And where can I get these labels, or can I mark clearly on paper that contents are clippings from hedges?

Go to any retail or hardware store ask for landscape waste bags and they should also have the stickers for disposal.check with neighbors that service may be included in your trash service,you may not need the stickers.
