If you enjoy being harassed this is the place to live. Betty Thomas is the worst property manager ever! Super controlling and a liar! She was always accusing tenants of least violations for things they have not done because she don't like them. I've had to contact her boss twice and have letters removed from my file for fault accusations. And she keeps on doing the same stuff over and over again. The people who live here are disabled and elderly accusing someone of something they're not doing causing them to live in fear of an eviction is about as heartless as you can be. You have been warned

The inside and outside has been entirely renovated. Apt has new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, ac/heat unit and windows. Electric bills are fairly low. It's HUD housing for 62+ and disabled. Rent based on income. Beautiful view, plenty of outdoor space to walk, walking distance to town and the new ShenGo bus stops right in front.

The people that ran it when I was there are awful. They pick and choose who they like and make it a living hell for people they don't. Their names were, "Nancy, and Christy"

A: Pre-Covid, residents played Bingo 3 nights a week. During Covid, resident activities are placed on hold. (Posted August 2021)

A: Our Maintenance Staff is on the property during business hours of 8 am - 4:30 pm, M-F. There is also an Emergency On-Call service available for maintenance emergencies after-hours.
