My kids went for their yearly check up in April and i was told my oldest needed his wisdom teeth removed but they didn’t have a surgeon coming in until June so we waited, I called and scheduled the appointed 10 days ahead of the surgeon coming in they said they will call back and confirmed that he in fact was going to be in the office, so they did call back and confirmed so we scheduled for June 20th at 6am. Friday before the appointment I get a text reminder and I even almost quit my job for this appointment for us to show up and they said they never sent the Medicaid paperwork so they couldn’t see him unless I paid out of pocket. I stated it wasn’t my fault and couldn’t afford to pay out of pocket that’s the reason why they are on Medicaid. Jennifer tried to set me up to a different location in greenville!! I was like greenville ave? She said no Greenville TX!! 🤦🏽♀️ I’m not driving an hour to get sent back again than she says well I can schedule you for august in Plano! 🤦🏽♀️ 🤦🏽♀️ 2 plus more months!?? No thank you we will find somewhere else that is more organize and that will actually take care of what they are suppose to be taking care of. Now I have already paid for babysitter to watch my other two kids who were dropped off at 5:00am and I’ve lost my job because now I have to ask for another day off so I was let go. As a single parent this isn’t fair to me! And all because Carla Artalejo and Jennifer the oral surgeon manager couldn’t do their job! Please don’t waste your time here specially if you get scheduled at 6am and get sent back. UPDATE: 2 visits and 4 months later!!! Everything has improve about this location. Dentist is still awesome!!! Front desk girls have changed and they are awesome, patient and on top of their stuff. Office manager is pretty cool and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, helps as much as she can on what she can. She checks up on everyone to make sure everything is ok and everyone is where they need to be. My appointment was at 11am and it is now 2pm and we are now leaving but even though it was a wait and they took care of everyone else first because it was faster that way it was worth the wait because even though they got a little overwhelmed they kept their great attitude towards the patients. My 3 year old patiently waited and didn’t freak out because they were calm and still making her smile. One reason why I will still not give it a 5 star is because of how their assistant went about trying to get me to reschedule over and over again by saying “you can bring her in with the other two boy nxt time or wait but it will be a bit of a wait” 3 times! I knew there was a wait but I really don’t want to bring three kids again and have them sedated all at the same time. So we decided to wait and I can honestly said Kylie needs a little bit more patience and take it one patient at a time, other than that she was good to my kids and will definitely continue to bring my kids back because they love it here!!!

Very poor assistance from the reception, angry as if one had bothered them, I definitely will not return and I will change my children's dentist.

They have very good service.

Dr. Jensen and Kylie were the best! Had some work done the same day and everything went smoothly!

The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry suggests a child should see a dentist by age 1 or no later than 6 months after the first tooth erupts.
