Love The Way This Place Did My Wife’s Nails 💅

yesterday I left UNHAPPY… I came in around 2:15pm for a pedicure… I left out around 5:30pm …. The nail tech was decent but was VERY SLOW….. she spent the majority of the time on my shaping and filing my nails… normally I would get the Rejuvenate pedicure which is around $60 but this time I upgraded to the $80 one and requested gel and an over lay on my big toes per usual…. Once it hit 5pm I told Karen the nail tech that it had been a long time and I would have to leave soon… we I told her that NONE OF THE SERVICES THAT ARE INCLUDED IN THE $80 pedicure had been done as of yet… NO WAX, NO EXFOLIATE, NO HEAL TREATMENT, NO MASSAGE NOTHING other than the toes being polished. She then asked me for 15 more minutes and RUSHED ON ME … crammed in those hot rocks and wax to FORCE THE SALE ON ME KNOWING IT WASN’T WORTH THE $80 …. Remind you two women were seated on both sides of me received MULTIPLE SERVICES ( nail’s , toes, eyebrows) in less time and paid and left before me! I was very kind to Karen… I even tipped her $20 in cash…. RIGHT IS RIGHT AND WRONG IS WRONG…. My card was charged for $103 for an INCOMPLETE PEDICURE… I am a good customer… I always spend my hard working money there and tip! My usual nail tech quit and the gentlemen upfront put me with this new nail tech and didn’t really care to hear me out upfront… he swiped my card and didn’t give a DAMN… I will NOT BE RETURNING… I guess it’s just about the money and not the customer experience… all he had to do was charge me for a basic pedicure and add the gel and overlay… I tipped and would’ve left happy… but I see these people are greedy!
