I have always had problems with trying to get someone on the phone. When I have gone shopping in the past never had a problem. Great deals and they seem to have a little bit of everything. But I really needed to speak to someone over the phone. I thought that by now they would have customer service and phone number to go along with it. Lol I guess I will have to make that trip.
