I waited close to an hour for my drive up order. I’ve seen various cars come after me and leave before me. The poor ladies fulfilling the orders were hustling so clearly something else was the issue. Maybe target can update their app to offer a “change to pick up” option. Maybe I would have saved myself 45 minutes.

I buy everything at this Target, without ever stepping foot in the store. They have EVERYTHING anyone would ever need. I simply order online from the app, and then pick it up when it's convenient, at the drive-thru. The kids who bring out my purchases are so sweet. If there's ever an issue, they fix it immediately. I was a customer service manager for 10 years, and honestly, Target's is the best!!!

There were very nasty. Unpolished and rude manager and customer service today 05/26. My friend needed to take out a product. The manager was unhelpful. Customer service Jena was aggressive disrespectful insulting and calling us old people. That happened at 430pm. How this awful people work in customer service?

Had a interview yesterday everything went great i answered every question, i was on time, i have 10+ years of experience with the position they were offering, and i can work anytime and any day even on weekends and holidays the guy said thats what they are looking for but somehow i still didn't get the job and this isn't the first time i applied here i do believe its a race thing because why would you say all that and then i dont get the job. He clearly lied right in my face smh and the fact that i love Target and i shop there for everything im very disappointed.
