One of the worst targets I have been to. I spoke to several employees during my last trip and they all gave me different answers about stock and availability of the item I was searching for. Moreover, everyone I talk to acted rude and annoyed that I was even asking for their assistance. Customer service at an all time low! I actually reported my bad experience to Target Corporate and help other unhappy customers will do the same.

As a department manager at a Nordstrom I must share my experience here in Target in Cutler bay. Starting with Sean, he's always in the front, greeting customers. Sean is energetic and happy, making sure everyone is having a good day. Sean is making sure we have everything we need to start our shopping experience. No matter the day or time, Sean is there ready to start the customers on a good foot. I went by order pickup and Liz was fantastic. She was attentive, caring and really made sure I was happy with my order. Liz was super sweet and really made me feel like she cared about my shopping experience!. I must recognize both these employees for their customer service. I'll be looking forward to seeing them again soon! Thank you! -Anthony

By far the best Target store. I have one much closer yet drive to this location because they have it put together there. Very friendly and proficient staff.

Had a good shopping experience up until my friend and I wanted hotdogs. We went to the cafeteria and the person who attended us was extremely rude, rolling her eyes when we ordered cause apparently everything we ordered was an inconvenience to her. Making slick comments to her coworker I guess she was covering for about my friend and I ordering “five hotdogs” when we ordered four in between the both of us. She wore no name tag but I know she had some type of blonde hair I guess and she was attending to cleaning carts when she was so tragically ripped away from her task to help us 10 ft away.
