Went to purchase a microwave on Monday and I mean not a single salesman asked if I needed assistance. They were all gathered around laughing. Thank god for the husband of one shopper who helped me load the microwave into the cart. I wasn't familiar with the store so I had to ask a random customer where the check out line was being that the group was still gathered around and laughing. First and last time for me.

Quick in and out. The sales woman took the time to make sure my purchase was actually in stock. The guy at the loading dock was quick and courteous. That's not always the case. It was refreshing.
