I believe the best times to shop here is either when they first open or 20 minutes before closing. Any time other then stated, loooooooong line. Plus if you se an item to purchase buy it, will not be there on your next visit.

Way better prices on luggage than if you go to Macy's...for sure! Sometimes you might even find them with a markdown red sticker. They have different sizes and a variety of colors.Good luck!
