I agree. I’m currently dealing with an issue with my 2 year old fridge with purchased extended warranty. Today is Saturday and have waited all day for someone to show up after confirming the appointment this morning. I tried calling their service department after 5 PM and now they are closed. Tried calling their South Dade Store and no one is answering. You pay cheap and that’s what you get
I agree, they give you the run around and never fullfil the warranty you paid for!
