It's about an hour and a half away from the red wood forest.
Its about an hour and a half drive between the two depending on traffic and weather conditions.
Prehistoric Gardens is in Oregon just around Port Orford. The Redwood Forest is in Northern California below Eureka so that would be 3 hours or so South of prehistoric Gardens... Realistically it's going to take you a while to get there unless you are driving very fast and not stopping anywhere. I don't suggest doing that for various reasons one important reason is you will miss all the great places in between. Have a safe trip
