I need to get a replacement TITLE for a truck. Can I pay for and order this NEW TITLE at the Spokane Valley DMV, and then have it mailed to me? It is a 100 mile drive, and cannot find any other way to get a REPLACEMENT TITLE!!

You do not need an appointment (I was in last week for a new trailer title and license), but I'd call them before driving there, in case you need other documents, etc.

Id check and see if it can be done online. Last I knew, you had to make an appointment online before even going into the DMV. Good luck to you. Ive been waiting for a replacement ID for 3 months now.
