The help is about par at best they never have really solved our issues we've had with billing or anything really because they're not able to do anything with billing everything must be done online so I don't even know if it's worth while going there for billing questions when they can really do absolutely nothing about it if you want cool gadgets and new phones it's a good place to go at that their knowledge is subpar when dealing with new phones are knowing the facts about them

We went into Verizon with a few questions about switching our phones from Sprint/T-Mobile. We were lucky enough to work with Matthew who was by far one of the best customer service representative I have ever worked with. We spent well over an hour with him with so many different questions and different configurations of plans that we wanted pricing on and he was so completely patients in fact we even went past closing time with no complaint. I have been with sprint for over 10 years and never had even 1/32 of the service that I just received from Matthew at Verizon. We are transferring seven lines from Sprint and our bill is dramatically less plus upgrading four phones. Thank you Matthew for helping us decide and making us confident in the decision that we are making. You were truly delightful and superb with your customer service skills. Just call the store and ask to make an appointment
There is an A-frame sign in front of the door instructing customers to wait outside to be helped. A manager will come out right away and inform you of the current wait time (if any), and if necessary, add you to the queue. They will text you at the phone number you provide when it's your turn to enter the store. When I was there, two customers/groups were being allowed in at a time. Once being helped, customers sit at a table across from the employee helping them while separated by a plexiglass barrier. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the store. Any transaction (cash or card) takes place at a kiosk, where the transaction information is wirelessly transmitted, and the customer pays with cash or card themselves, so the employee never touches the payment method for sanitary reasons. All customers and employees wear masks and maintain social distancing at all times while in the store. The safety practices feel very effective and are strictly maintained.
