Great coaches. Great workouts. Great atmosphere. Always feel welcome. The coaches understand that each individual is at their own fitness level and always encourage and support you on your journey. No judgemental people.

Obsessed! My mom and I first came to fit body last year looking for a final push to get in shape before my wedding. The coaches motivate you to give it your all at every class. They gave me the push I was looking for and needed. Never in a million years did I imagine I would love going to a gym so much! Fit Body has become a second family for me. Best decision ever!

My daughter and I have been coming to Fit Body for almost a year now. We started the journey expecting to workout for a few months and then be done. Instead, we found that we loved the workouts! The coaches are all amazing and very encouraging!

BootCamp has been a great addition to my life and my fitness routine. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable coaches keep me moving throughout the organized 30 minute workout. Every day is different so I’m never bored and different muscles are worked every day. 1:1 training and coaching available every day. Wonderful friendships formed thru sweating and laughing together. I highly recommend West Spokane Fit Body BootCamp.

No showers, but there are roomy individual bathrooms with locks so you can change clothes.

They have nutrition coaching alongside the exercise coaching. You'll get a 6 week meal plan, and blank food diary when you sign up; and can schedule times with the coach to review your choices.
