Does the Center issue Veterans Cards or assist in getting one? I got no help at the VA Hospital and was unsuccessful using the Seattle VA web site.

Matt is correct. However, you can actually take your DD214 in to the DMV and they can put "Veteran" right on your driver's license.

They do not. 7th floor of the VA hospital will issue you a VA ID card at the Spokane hospital campus.
