My vehicle went missing from The Rivers Resort in Florence. It is an Arizona vehicle Vin # 2fmza5243ybb57111. DMV was not notified. Mast Towing has no paperwork as to what they did. Is this ok in Oregon?

Florence PD doesn't get involved after vehicles are towed. Looks like Oregon towing companies profit on out of state vehicles.
