We stayed in the motel, which was great and super quiet at night. But the rest of the campground, boat dock area, marina, was a pretty loud party all the times we went by. Great if you want music, fun, and drinking - but not so fun if you want peace and quiet and the natural sounds of the lake.

We were tent camping.and think it's a good place to go but the lake access needs to be a bit easier. I think they need a bulldozer and make a couple more access points to the lake from tent area instead of having to drive to the marina.

My family and I had an amazing stay! The cabins are clean and cozy and our kids enjoyed the excitement of sleeping in a Yurt. The staff was pleasant and made our stay very special. The grounds were clean and the view was beautiful. We are already planning our next visit. Until next time Loon Lake.

We just drove all the way out there to check out the lake and the cabins and yurts to possibly stay at sometime. After arriving at the beautiful lake, we stretched our legs and played for a bit. Then we cruised around the cabins and yurts checking them out. Before our departure, the woman in charge pulled over to see what I was doing. I told her browsing the cabins and then my gf was using the bathroom. The woman in charge threw a huge fit, continuously letting me know how they're not a charity case, these aren't public restrooms, continuing to sound redundant and wouldn't let it go after apologizing and explaining it was an emergency. Mean lady, I wouldn't want to vacation with all that stress.

We have submitted requests to Google that the directions be changed many, many times and Google will not change them. We even sent the Map Quest directions so they could see them accurately. No response. We welcome all and tell people when they call to be sure to follow the directions on our website, not google maps.
Yes they are. The area is busy with lots of family fun. It's a nice area, enjoy your trip.
