Have stayed here twice, each time very good yurts. The showers could use updating. the second stall in on the men's showers was the only one that was consistently warm water for all 5 days of our stay. The yurts have a wall heater, bunk bed with twin upper and full lower and a couch that flattens out to a full bed as well. Each yurt has an air purifier as well. 2 tips: 1.) There are only 2 electrical plugs in the yurt so bring a surge protector/ power strip for all your phone and tablet charging needs 2.) Bring a battery powered blower to blow the sand and stuff out of you yurt

Second time visiting this park, weather was wonderful, park was full, but quiet. Definitely recommend giving it a try, very nice place to relax 😌

This park is a great place to camp and kayak. The site my family stayed at was large and offered plenty of privacy. The location is close to the dunes and several other state parks. Eel lake is a perfect spot for beginner kayakers, as the water does not get too choppy, even when windy.

A great place for families and get-togethers! It's a huge park, accompanied by a massive, but tight, campground. The bathrooms are nice and the parking is free! There's a small playground, a volleyball/badminton net, a boat ramp, a dock for fishing, clean waters for swimming, an overabundance of picnic tables with surprisingly few fire pits, a gazebo with electrical outlets and a sink, and it is all very well maintained! It's one of my favorite places to stop at the end of a day spent exploring the coast. However, for those watersports people out there, the speed limit I think is only about 10mph on the water. Something to keep in mind if you want to take a boat or jet skis out.
