Good luck, I set one up with an agent but in the end, the appointments they discuss are you taking your documents down and droppibg them off in the mailbox inside the office

You must call ahead for an appointment. You may be able to do it online, but they will require you to mail your original documents to their office. They're really good at returning your documents.
