Actually, it gets zero stars. It's filthy dirty with homeless living in squalor. And lily mei encourages it. Terrible.. Fremont is turning into a 3rd world city.

Yes, there is a parking lot nearby but mostly taken over by homeless camper vans and trailers. Park towards the field/mill side of the lot and your are fine. Been there multiple times and no issue at all.
