After having a lousy experience at another bridal salon, that misled my daughter on their available sizes and silhouettes, we called around looking for a same day appointment and stumbled upon Weddings and Dreams, they had a cancellation so we took the appointment and hoped for the best. Well we were pleasantly surprised with the warm and enthusiastic reception we received. Virginia was our consultant and she was amazing. She listened to my daughter and reassured her she would do her best to find the dress of her dreams. Each dress Virginia pulled was progressively better, she was patient, a great listener and she engaged with our group. To our surprise, dress #4 was the winner, and to put the finishing touch on it, she picked the perfect veil. Our experience here was perfection and I highly recommend it to any Bay Area bride on her quest to find the dress of her dreams. The customer service we received here erased our previous disastrous experience and made my daughter's special day magical.

The best dress experience ever!! Best dress shop hands down. They have so many different styles, something for every taste! I found the dress of my dreams and the stylist was so kind and understanding the whole time. She knew exactly what to pull. When I saw my dress on the hanger I didn't want to try it on but she said just try it you never know. And I ended up falling in love and picking it! Amazing service and they give you a bottle of champagne when you say yes!
