I just bought the tall Caterpillar HV Resistant Steel Toe Boots from this Becks last night and was totally wowed by the awesome customer service I received. As a young person in today's society, I have become very desensitized to poor customer service and corporations who don't care about their customers or aren't knowledgeable about their products, but I think my bar has now been raised for customer service ten fold. The young woman that helped me was super kind and patient and answered all questions I had and made polite conversation with ease and helped me find the perfect boots for me. These Caterpillar boots are the comfiest boots I've ever worn and seem to be of very high quality, however only time and use will tell how the durability of these boots performs. If you are on the market for new shoes, definitely choose this Becks over any stores at the malls or elsewhere in this area. You will leave a satisfied customer. I was referred to Beck’s in Fremont by my mechanic who noticed I was walking with a limp. He said he had the same issue as I did after listening to my 30 min story. I went straight to Beck’s after getting my car fixed- the lady Lynne who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. She spent a good amount of time listening to my foot complaint and recommended shoe inserts which I got for two of my shoes. I’ve been using them and feel better/ I’m definitely going back there when I need to get more shoes- so very glad my mechanic told me about them!
