You cannot get through to anyone who can help you with a simple, routine issue namely emptying my unit and stop paying for it. They hang up on you when you call. They don't respond to emails. When you try chat they tell the estimate wait to talk to an agent is 5 minutes then hours go by without a response. I have been trying for days and now they have gone ahead and billed me for August. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
