Ugly experience, the manager has no customer's service manners. She asked my phone # the 3 different times I visited the store at Fremont.Today, she argued, yelled in front of other customers because my phone was recognized in the system. She said, "you have other phone number" I wonder why she got upset? Iam not interested in the membership. I am not going back there until your employees get some proffesional training. I am so dissapoiting.

I shop the Fremont location regularly. The staff is amazing! friendly and helpful. I find things every time i go there. The clothes are in good condition and plentiful and the household stuff is always fun to look at. prices are great!

Clothes are welcome while the donation center is open, after hour donations are either pillaged by scavengers or thrown away.
We are a charity, trying to raise money for our cause. We try to price things in line with other thrift shops, but mistakes can be made. Note that items that don't sell after two weeks go to 50% off, plus we have 50% off for seniors on Tuesdays, and 50% off for everyone on Saturdays. (Some restrictions apply.)

Senior day is Tuesday. there is a sign as you come in with the color tags that are on sale that day. they do exchanges within 30 days as long as you have the receipt and the tags are still on the items .
Yes we are! Note that masks are required, and that we have new hours: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. We encourage donations, but due to social distancing, we cannot help you unload them.

Hope Station is closed on Mondays. Open Tuesday thru Sunday
Tuesdays are senior discount days 50% off and Saturdays everyone gets 50% off but there are exceptions.
