Is the boat ramp and campgrounds open now?

No boat ramp is not installed water level is too low. And the campground is closed do to downed trees from the storm last week. I am the camphost here at Bailey's cove. I live here full time.

I'm pretty sure both are open all year. Except when the water gets low then they close the boat ramp. After the snow we just had I'm not sure they have the roads cleared of down trees yet. I would suggest calling the office to make sure.
