Your insurance should cover a new machine every 5 years, provided that the user meets usage compliance.

The same with us. We ordered a nebulizer kit 1 month ago. The doctor even put urgent 24 hr delivery. They keep on sending wrong order . They send us a small box with filter on it. We didn’t even order filter. We talked to a supervisor and was told they will elevate and that it will be ship next day, that was Friday. Saturday night we received a shipment from UPS and it’s a small box again with filter on it. Big Joke really. I’m sooo stressed as my Dad has advance COPD and he uses his nebulizer every 4 hrs. We are only using a spare one that we got from urgent care instead of they throw away we asked for it. It’s so frustrating and so stressful to be calling everyday and was put on hold for 45 mins to ask for supervisor and you think it was being resolved but no. APRIA you should be ashamed of your bad service. Patients life is in your hands. Bytheway my Dad oxygen concentrator was ordered since March 8 until now we still have a round around. Very stressful to deal

This company has bad service and will give you the run around. Majority of the times the representatives who answered the phone are not even in the States when you call for help. How would they know how to help but give you the run around.
