The only thing bout this place always short staff,they share the med carts in 2 nurses and thats what the issue is,sometimmes one station has no nurse and they put one nurse to work 2 stations!!over work them sometimes some staff work straight 24 hrs!!!

I wish I could thank every single individual that helped my father in his recovery. He's not the easiest person to get along with, but he sure did love it there. The food was good according to him, sometimes a little cold because of all the virus changes apparently, but he really enjoyed it. The therapists were incredibly kind to him and helped him get back home in a jiff! We missed him while he was gone, but grateful for Karrie I think her name is and for Daniel especially. His nurses were always kind to him and we understand it takes time to hepl him. Hopefully if anything happens agin he can come back. He says the fish tank is the best part! Great for a big fisherman like him. Thanks, Rosie.

Show a test taken in the last 24 hours or they’ll give you one there. They only give out one per week per patient though.
Thanks for dropping in, Sandra! We have an average call time under 5 minutes, so while we don't have 1 on 1 nursing, our nurses and CNA's are attentive and careful to listen and complete tasks that are needed to be finished in a timely manner. Meds are always handed out according to medicare guidelines and on time. I personally try the meals every week and so far, they've been restaurant quality. Today we had a coconut shrimp with ginger rice and home made mango/pineapple salsa that was to die for. It is always warm and up to temperature. If you don't like what you're served, you're welcome to ask for another option. As for our patient care, I believe we are the best around, but I'm pretty biased. We've hired some of the best nurses in the Sacramento area, with incredible therapists and dietary staff. From top to bottom, we constantly try to improve and create new ways of caring to our patients timely and in a good manner.
