I was a client or resident at Applewood and I have to say that the physical therapy and therapist are excellent to work with. You also need to want to do the work. As for organization it lacks quite a bit of organization. If you can handle yourself then yes go here. If you can’t then find someplace else to go get well…. A lot of the staff are excellent folks but they don’t run things so be careful research if you can…

UPDATE: my mothers doctor removed her from this home for being “neglected and abused” she fell for the first time cause she had a STROKE fell for a second and broke her ankle. They weren’t aware of either until her brain surgeon did a check up on her several days later and immediately sent her to the ER. My mom has been here one night after brain surgery.. they found her on the floor at 3:30am and have no idea how long she was on the floor or why. Very unprofessional on the phone and very unorganized!

Great place! My mom was there for about 2 years. She's loved everyone there and they took great care of her. She has since passed on but I will never regret placing her there. Staff and workers were great to us as her family, always asking about us, especially during my cancer treatment. Forever grateful for all of them! Mark, Magnolia, Johnny May, Adobe* Thank you all!

Just one CNA speaking for many answering yes CNAs and Nurses are helpful. I work NOC at this time ie (on my lunch) and during this time up till there up ready to eat (the resident) they are taken care of happy and comfortable. I've worked multiple years at multiple places and this is by far my favorite care facility thus far working as a CNA. I'm humbled working for my residents very humbled. Well my lunch is up lol
