i need to surrender my mothers 18 yo almost "feral" cat. my mother passed away after being in and out of hosp over 3 years. the poor cat was a lap cat to my mother and loves men...all others she hisses and attacks. when can i do this

You can call the shelter and arrange a time to set up a surrender. They'll ask for any vet records etc.
