Was told this is the closest Samsung certified location (45min one way) and if I went there they could fix it for me. They said nothing about making an appointment. Also 0 way to talk to someone in store to schedule anyways. He has the parts in stock and cant fix it today he said. I told him thatd be great if he could. I can give him as much time as he needs. Geek Squad rep was rude and unprofessional. Needs to take classes on how to speak to the general public. Was acting very condescending. Was $250 for the repair but I just canceled my total tech support and paid $390 to have it repaired locally instead of driving back and forth 6 times. Plus the customer service there is far better👍

Nicest and most simply laid-out Best Buy store ive been to so far. Restrooms could be a bit more accessable though.

Every time I try to shop there I get turned away because I didn’t order online. So once again it was curbside pick up only last night. My tv unexpectedly broke so I had to go out last minute & buy a new one. I was turned away again. “Store Renovations”. Well you lost out on a sale. I’ll never think of this place again. From now on it’s BJ’s or Costco.

A mixed bag with more bad experiences there than good. Good: automatic starter installed relatively quickly and has always worked great Bad: - Picked up a TV and drove the 5 minutes home. TV had a cracked screen. However, getting a replacement was easy enough. - Placed a pickup order since the store is currently closed due to renovations. Order not ready 20 minutes before store closing. (approximately 5 hours after placing the order when it said it would be ready in 1 hr) Was told they couldn't have the order of 2 items ready in that 20 minutes and to 'just cancel it' without any attempt to sell me the items. I mean honestly it would take maybe 5 minutes for someone to find these items? I'm here and have paid for them, maybe just any attempt to satisfy a customer? This is also not the first time that a pickup order took way longer than it should have. - I realize this is not the fault of this store, but I opened a best buy credit card, and the customer service of the credit department was awful. They had such a hard time handling a simple request to take a look at my balance that I paid it off and closed the account out of frustration. Running out of patience for this company and this store in particular. I guess Amazon it is.

Get the total tech service which costs $200, covers service and even if you have to pay anything it would be cheaper. With total tech you can also bring your laptops, computers, etc for service, most free. That's what I did for my car speakers/backup camera. I have an appointment next week to drop off and install the car speakers on my 2015 Nissan Altima. You can buy your speakers there and have them installed
Actually yes geek squad does come out to do pc setups and printer setups. The fee is 99.99 I believe.
