I had to write a review about an employee. I got her name from her badge, Monique. She assisted me today. I watched this lady take care of the customer service area alone. She went out her way to help me. Very friendly and professional. She got all of us out of there quickly. I really appreciate her service.

Have been trying to get someone on the phone for an hour. Their trick is to pick up the phone and then place it down on the table, so that it doesn't look like they're hanging up on you. Then they just go about their business and wait for you to hang up. Meanwhile you can hear everything happening in the background. .

It's nice to arrive at the place and find a person knows how to treat the customer, and follows the rules, Pamela (cashier) is a example of this. It was a situation where other cashier ( young lady) was argument with the customer, very rude....because the price of the item was different in the stands and the real price ( the store did remove the sale price on time). Pamela needed take over of the situation, because the young lady wasn't doing her job. I think the new employee needs to have better training or do re- evaluation more frequently.
