You purchased it from the company just on line .honestly with all this crazy virus going on they give options so shouldn't be a issue as long as it wasn't a third party vendor. Bestbuy don't really give you hassle

I don't see why it wouldn't be. It's proof of purchase. But, you should go to the store and speak to a sales associate.
