I had my oil changed. The took my car in right away changed the oil, topped off my fluids and rotated the tires. This didn't tale long and the Tech even wiped down my dashboard. I am more than just satisfied.....the Tech did a great job and did it timely.

Brought my car in for a balance and tire rotation. At 11:57 they checked me in and told me they’d get a bay for my car in about 30 min at 1:27 they called me (while I was in the store) to tell me that they had just taken the tires off my car and couldn’t do the balance? Because I had winter tires on?… the total amount of time I was told for the wait and service was an hour and thirty minutes and an hour and 45 minutes later the tell me they can’t do it or I shouldn’t do it. Not to mention it took them another 20 min to get my wheels back on the car. That’s ridiculous. A WASTE OF MY TIME! 2 hours of my day.

I stopped by the Pep Boys in Dedham last Sunday after getting a flat the night before and I don’t have one complaint about the service I received that day. Both Eugene and Carmen were a tremendous help and very communicative - even giving me a couple calls to update me while I was waiting outside in the parking lot. I’d recommend this location & team to anyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing experience tonight at Pep Boys, especially when we were in a terrible bind with a flat tire. The manager quickly let us know that they had our tire in stock. Despite being there 5 minutes before closing, we had amazing service with the whole team staying late to make sure we got back on the road for the holiday the next day. Many many thanks! Awesome shop and entire team!

If you don't stay in the store it will take two hours or more.
No
Yes, it’s a Pep Boys Tire and Service Center with mechanics for your car but you can’t just buy parts or products for self-service here.
It’s not closing. It is open for an oil change, repairs and for new tires but you can’t buy parts or products directly for self-service.
They are busy, better to call before you get there
They hv been known to use a device that analyzes a cars onboard computer upon request. Not sure if they still have this service. I advise u to call and ask if really needed.
For me I look on YouTube for the how you can change a bulb for your make and model car or truck and as for the bulb you may need they sell them mostly in sets so under 40 to 30 bucks call and ask them as well
