This is the store to goto in the area if you want to build anything out of anything because they have it all. Definitely a standard Lowes with inventory but a great with employees as well. I came here in this instance for a hose adapter for our refrigerator, of course they had it!

I live at this Lowe's. It's such a great store with very friendly staff and the shelves are never understocked. I always find what I need and their online service for lookup/aisle locations makes shopping here painless. Staff always know where things are. Great store

By far the worst experience EVER. Very unorganized. My delivery did not show up even though I was on the manifest, and I was contacted by the delivery driver. I called the store, was hung up on. Finally, got one person who said they would deliver the next day. I did not get a time window, therefore, I called back and they pick up, not say anything and transfer to music. I have no idea if my stuff is going to show up at all. This is ridiculous. I am never buying anything from this location.

Unfortunately there is no option for negative stars. I had the most terrible store and customer service experience. Lowes of Dedham, store #1914, sold my husband and I a dishwasher. When we arrived at the store, the employees at the customer service desk were extremely unfriendly. They also could not find the order on the computer and kept giving us attitude about it. Then when they finally found it in the system, they sent someone to get the order from the back. We were there for over 2 and a half hours because none of the staff members could find our order of appliances. The employee that was searching for it kept bringing out the wrong appliances. She was just playing a guessing game because she was bringing out the wrong colors, gas instead of electric, etc. After 2 hours of back and forth and searching, the appliances were loaded into our cars by two employees. May I mention that they were still wrong. They couldn’t find the stove or microwave we purchased so they had to give us different ones. When we got home and took the dishwasher out of the box, the underneath of it was completely bent and destroyed. There was also condensation along the sides which tells me they knew it was broken and were testing to see if it worked. I called the store multiple times and asked to speak with a manager. Each person that picked up the phone was EXTREMELY rude and kept putting me on hold or hanging up on me. I then called customer service since I couldn't get anyone at the store to speak with me and requested to speak with a manager. I was told they had to open a case and that a manager would call me within 24 hours. Well 48 hours passed and still no one has called me. I called again and they opened a new case regarding it. After opening the 2nd case, was told we would be refunded within 24 hours from the store. This was on 10/14/21 and I still have not heard anything on this. I have requested to speak with a manager MULTIPLE times and have been turned down every single time which is completely baffling to me. This has honestly been the worst experience I've ever had with a store. Not being able to speak with a manager no matter where I called and to not being able to get this issue resolved is unacceptable. Since then, I have been emailing customer care because I still can’t get this resolved or anyone to speak with me or refund the product. Still get turned down when I ask to speak with management. This has been over 3 weeks now. I was emailed 5 days ago saying someone would contact me and we’d be refunded. Still nothing. Literally the most appalling experience I’ve ever had with a company.

Sorry I do not know.
Typical big box customer service
Yes you can. Just call them for reservation.
Mask and 6ft distance. Don't see one way isles marked other than for checkout.
Why don't you call them and ask. I would think it would depend on whether, or not, they have it in stock.
You're also chatting with thousands and thousands of people who may or may not have shopped at lowes and aren't going to be able to answer all kinds of questions. You might be better off calling lowes directly.
No they don't recycle the 1 pound propane tanks got to go to recycling yard the handles that kind of material
Give them a call
Yes they do. But depends on the size if they have it in stock in the store.
They may have it
Yes they do
Yes, they do.
