It is easier online and you get to choose your seats!
Just buy them online its easier than hassling with the box office. The handling fee isn't that expensive.
Looks like they change box office hours from week to week. Check their website for times. Right now M-F open 9am to 6pm.
10 am not sure did you try the Facebook page they push everyone there when you are at the theater
