Employees were friendly. However, air pressure and tires were not checked right side of vehicle where correct left side was 5 and 6 lb over respectively. Also oil reset light was not set. That tells me attention to detail as per service contract was not completed and it leaves me questions as to service as a whole. As of this time I would not recommend jiffy lube rantoul Street Beverly.

I chose to go to Jiffy Lube because I needed a new tire and wasn't sure if I could get it through the local garage that I usually go to (wish I had just called and asked them instead). The employees were efficient and took my car in quickly, but no one asked me what services my car needed. They changed the oil, which I knew needed to be done, but I had to ask them multiple times about the tire before I could get an answer on whether or not it was repairable, or if they could replace it. They eventually ordered the new tires that my car needed, gave me a quote and an estimate of when they would arrive. The price was lower than I feared it might be, and the quote included the installation. Employees seem confident and efficient, but I would have liked a little more communication about the services I needed.
