Fortunate is an understatement. You may see a lot of reviews that could disuade you from going here, but let this one tell you what you would be missing out on. Mainly my review and 10/10 experience were influenced by the woman who first picked up my inquiry call, and later became my saleswoman (and friend), Ellen. I would like to highlight all the people in between though, a special thank you Brad, Randy, and John (x2). Ellen gave me the best care I could ask for from a salesperson. From the first day I called her she told me she would take care of me, and she followed through on that promise. Ellen got my bike built in record time, and made sure she handled my deal through the entire way before being out of office. I feel as though I couldn’t have had a better experience elsewhere because the people that helped me simply don’t exist elsewhere. I had an amazing time because of all the people named above, but mostly because of the incredible help and kindness showed to be my my salesperson. Thank you Cycles 128, and most importantly, thank you Ellen. Talk soon!

Good communication during the sales process. Had the exact machine I was looking for, for the right price. Everyone that I interacted with while there was really cool and friendly. Doc fee and service dept fees were both slightly higher than originally stated. Had to wait around a while even though I had an appointment, drove 2 hours to get there, and paid in cash. I was told they were going to wash the bike for me, but they never even so much as wiped it down.. it was dusty/dirty. All in all I had a mostly good experience.

I had such a great experience at this shop! Starting with our sales person, Ellen. She found the scooter that I was looking for and kept me updated through the process. Brad was also very knowledgeable about warranty’s and wasn’t pushy at all. Also, Brad is one funny dude and made our experience here a lot more fun! The icing on the cake though was Ryan. He answered all of my questions about the scooter. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Ryan helped load and tie down the scooter in the back of our truck. We were worried about getting the scooter out of the truck once we got it home , because we don’t own a ramp. Ryan was kind enough to loan us his own ramp that he keeps in his jeep. Thank you Ryan for making our experience as stress free as possible. 128 Cycle has a great staff and I will definitely return for all of our outdoor needs!

1. Great customer service!! highly recommend speaking with Rick, he’s extremely knowledgeable of all the products and can help you from beginner to above levels. 1. (a) Very honest and resourceful of what to expect when shopping for bikes and how the market of bikes works. 2. They also offer an educational motorcycle course. 3. They have all types of styles of bikes, winter sports, summer sports operated machines! 4. they’ve also have plenty of gear for sports; including but not limited to, helmets, jerseys, protective gloves/padding attire
