Rate was 399.00 per month plus you pay your own electricy. Had to stay for 1 year. From what I understand now the rates will be changing. Enjoyed being there. Made many friends whom we will miss. Maintenance issues however. In the 1 year we were there had to mow, rake and do our own weed eating except for the last month we were there.
Wonderful place to stay. Best rates in the area. I live here year round. The rate vary depending on if you're seasonal yearly or weekly
Honestly I don't know what the new rates are I have been here awhile.The rates are the best around I love it here .I stay all year round
