Staff was very friendly. Lots are very small. My stay was cut two nights short because I tested positive for Covid so I left.

We enjoyed our stay and getaway from Michigan's winter. It's a friendly senior community of mostly snowbirds and permanent residents (very few, if any, children). Weekly activities, breakfast and lunch served daily, laundromat, and clean showers. Withlacooche State Park is nearby for outdoor activities.

359 speciel for 7 months no the lots are not cemented theres gravel
It's in great shape. We just got here for our 3rd winter. The owners have made a lot of improvements. They have added a bunch of new lots and other things. They have a few short term lots do please try BREEZY OAKS RV PARK out. There are also a lot of social things(potluck's, ice cream socials, music jams and so on. Nice pool and shuffleboard court.
